our Story

Hi! My name is Amanda, and I am the creator of T is for Cookies— a specialty cookie company featuring handmade cookies flavored with tea. As a professional pastry chef, I have always loved tea, steeping leaves into cream for custard, ganache, or ice cream.

The idea for these cookies came to me in December of 2015 as I was waiting at the airport, and I imagined an entire product line of tea-flavored cookies. I could not stop dreaming about how they would look and taste and have worked hard to bring them to life in the most delicious way.
